Shipping Policy

​At NextGenPackz, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Every pack is handled with care and shipped using reliable carriers to ensure your collectibles arrive securely and on time.

 

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
During high-volume drops or special releases, processing times may extend slightly.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Options

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected carrier.
We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days (U.S. orders).

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available).

  • International Shipping: Transit times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment.
If tracking shows delays or inconsistencies, please contact the carrier first. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team for assistance.

 

4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, NextGenPackz is not responsible for loss or theft.
If your package is lost in transit or severely delayed, contact us at nextgencardscorp@gmail.com, and we will work with the carrier to file a claim or help locate your order.

 

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an address error immediately after ordering, email us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to correct it before shipping.

 

6. International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery times vary based on destination and customs clearance procedures.

 

7. Packaging & Quality Control

All NextGenPackz orders are carefully packed in protective mailers or boxes designed to keep your cards safe in transit.
Each shipment is verified and sealed before dispatch to maintain integrity and authenticity.
