NextGenPackz sells collectible repack products that include sports cards and other collectibles.
Each product description outlines what you can expect to receive; however, because these are mystery-style repacks, we cannot guarantee specific cards, players, or values beyond what is clearly stated in the product listing.

We maintain transparency about odds, formats, and pack structure, but all purchases involve an element of chance. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that element.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices listed on our Site are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed at checkout through approved payment processors.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, error, or suspicious activity is detected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We process orders promptly and ship to the address provided during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and external factors.
NextGenPackz is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier, but we will always help track and resolve any delivery issues when possible.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because repack products contain random contents, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on the cards pulled or their market value.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nextgencardscorp@gmail.com so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
